Solstice Necklace

This necklace is about the sun at it's highest point in the sky, when it appears to stand still, calling for our attention.  

Sunlight is energy, heat, life force.  It enhances colors to their boldest hue.  It makes me want to jump in water.  It make it hard to sleep.  It calls for basking, cold drinks, and socializing.  

Our days and years are largely defined and influenced by our revolving relationship to the sun.
